Welcome to 2015 January Funding Newsletter, the place where we let you know any current funding opportunities for businesses who work in eco technology.
As a way of promoting innovations in ecotechnology, we are pleased to be offering 20 SMEs a free 2x1m stand in our all new Innovation Zone. As well as the stand, each SME will be given a 15 minute slot to talk about their business. Our aim is to promote low carbon and environmental technologies businesses who have not exhibited before, perhaps because they do not have the budget to exhibit at national or regional shows. For more information, please get in touch with Damian Tow on firstname.lastname@example.org

On 27th January 2014, the Government rolled out a new scheme designed to help small businesses afford private sector suppliers' advice regarding how best to grow their business. This is a joint programme between the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the Behavioural Insights Team in Cabinet Office. If your business is eligible, you will be granted a £2000 Growth Voucher that you can use against one of five support areas:
Finance and Cashflow
Expanding your workforce
Leadership and management
Marketing and customer service
IT and web
The voucher can be used to pay up to half of the cost of professional advice (up to the value of £2000) which either yourself or the supplier can claim back.
What better way to market yourself than by coming to the Eco Technology Show and exhibiting your business? For information about exhibiting, see our guide here.
The deadline for this scheme is 31st March 2015 so don't delay! To find out more about the scheme and to apply, click here.
